How do they always know where I am?
Yesterday, when I was in Tel Aviv, blogger was in Hebrew. Today, I'm in Ramallah and blogger is in Arabic.
Luckily I know where the buttons are even if I can't read them.
Because this is how thw internet works: You get a new Internet Protocol (IP) address by your local Internet Service Provider (ISP) every time you log-in the Internet.
